.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist over the waters today through Tue then weaken into Wed
night. A weak trough will drift S through the outer Oregon waters
today through Sun. A cold front will approach from the NW Sun.
The front will slow and dissipate W of the area Mon. Another cold
front will approach from the west Tue night then stall and
dissipate Wed.
