.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A nearly stationary
front will be along the outer Oregon waters and will dissipate
tonight. High pressure will build over the waters tonight through
Thu and gradually become weaker Thu into Fri while shifting W of
the waters Sat through Sun night. Otherwise a coastal trough will
develop over Oregon and persist into Sat night. A cold front will
approach the waters from the NW Sat before dissipating W of the
region Sat night. Sun into Sun night a coastal trough will
develop along Vancouver island.
