.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
be centered to the W of N California tonight and then shift
further N to the W of the Oregon and Washington through Wed night
while strengthening. A weak cold front or trough will move E and
SE over the area later tonight into Sun. A trough will form along
the coast of Vancouver island later tonight into Sun night and
persist through Thu night.
