Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge over the waters will weaken tonight. A cold front will
approach from the W tonight, then move E across the waters Sun
and Sun night. High pressure will build in behind the front late
Sun night into Mon, then shift SE Mon night. A warm front will
lift NE across the region late Mon and Mon night. High pressure
will rebuild across the waters Tue, then persist through Wed. A
low pressure trough will develop along the Oregon coast Tue and
Tue night, then expand N Wed before dissipating by Wed night. A
cold front will slowly approach from the W Wed, then move E
across the region Wed night and Thu, followed by another area of
high pressure building overhead Thu night.
