.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure
centered to the W of the waters will retreat SW tonight through
Wed night while slowly weakening. A low pressure trough along the
coast and extending from S of the area to Vancouver Island will
persist through Tue night before weakening through Wed night. A
warm front will approach the northern portions from the W Wed
night, then move E across the waters through Thu night, followed
by a trailing cold front. Another weak cold front or trough will
move across the waters Fri and Fri night, as yet another cold
front approaches later Fri night.
