.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist over the region through Mon night, then weaken Tue as a
cold front moves into the waters. The front will weaken as it
moves SE of the area Tue night. High pressure will rebuild over
the waters Wed and Wed night and will remain over the waters on
Thu. A trough will expand N along the Oregon coast Sat, persist
through Sun night, then shift inland Mon.
