.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
be centered to the W of Washington and Oregon tonight and drift
further N through Tue while strengthening, then stay W of the
area through Thu night and gradually weakening. A trough will
move E and SE over the area later tonight into Sun. A trough will
form along the coast of Vancouver island later tonight into Sun
night and persist through Thu night.
