from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will stall across
the S portions today as high pressure moves off the mid-Atlantic
coast. The high will shift E of the area Thu as the stalled front
lifts back to the N as a warm front. Another cold front will
approach the mid-Atlantic coast Thu night, then move S and SE
across the waters Fri. The front will briefly stall over the S
portions Fri night, then lift back N across the waters as a warm
front Sat and Sat night. A strong cold front will move across the
waters Sun, then again stall across the S portions Sun night.
