West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will continue to
the E of the central waters tonight while maintaining a ridge
over the S waters. The high will then move back to the W over the
S waters Sun, slowly weaken to a ridge Sun night and Mon, then
continue through Wed night. A cold front will move SE over the
waters tonight into Sun night, stall across the central waters
Mon, then lift N as a warm front Mon night into Tue. Another high
will build SE over the N waters Mon, and then shift E of the
region Mon night and Tue. Another cold front will move SE over
the N and central waters Tue into Tue night, then stall across
the central waters Wed through Thu night while gradually
weakening. Yet another high will build N and NE of the region Thu
and Thu night.
