West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Strong high pressure over New
England will move SE off the New England and Mid-Atlantic coast
tonight and will persist across the waters through Sun evening.
The high will then move E and SE of the area late Sun night. A
warm front will lift N and NE across the northern waters Sun
night. Another cold front will move E and SE over the N waters
Mon, and then weaken over the central and southern waters Mon
night into Tue night as a second cold front moves quickly SE
across the N waters. Another high will build over the region from
the W late Wed and Wed night and persist into Thu night.
