West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...With high pressure building E
over the central and S waters, a series of surface troughs will
continue to move NW to SE over the N waters tonight through Tue
night around broad low pressure over Atlantic Canada. A warm
front emerges off of the Carolina coast Tue night. Low pressure
will move ENE along the front, moving slowly offshore Wed and
then gradually moving ENE farther offshore through Thu night
before finally moving well out into the N Atlantic Fri. High
pressure briefly builds over the waters Fri. A cold front
approaching from the NW late Fri will move over the N waters Fri
night and early Sat, gradually moving through the central waters
Sat and into the S waters Sat night. High pressure will build SE
over the N waters behind the front Sat and Sat night. Low
pressure centers will move ENE along the front as the front moves
S.
