West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Weak high pressure over the
waters will drift E of the area tonight. Weak low pressure will
move NE off the Delmarva Peninsula and across the central and
northern waters Thu and Thu night while pulling a cold front
across the area. The front will then continue moving slowly S Fri
through Sun as another low moves SE along the front, before the
front and low pass S of the area Sun night into Mon. A high
pressure ridge will build SE over the northern waters Sat night
into Sun night, then persist into Mon night. Long period
southeasterly swell from Tropical Storm Erin will begin to move
