West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will persist over
the central and N waters tonight, then shift E of the area Thu.
Weak low pressure will move slowly NE along the SE coast tonight
into Thu night, move NE across the N waters Fri into Sat while
pulling a cold front across the area, then pass NE of the region
late Sat and Sat night. The front will stall across the N portion
Sat into Sun night as a series of low pressure centers track NE
along the boundary. Another low will move NE along the boundary
Mon and Mon night while lifting it N as a warm front. High
pressure will build W over the S waters Mon and Mon night.
