West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A warm front will lift N across
the area this evening and tonight. Low pressure will develop
along the Mid-Atlantic coast this evening, then track NE along
coastal New England tonight into Mon. The low will pull a strong
cold front across the waters later tonight through Mon night,
followed by several secondary cold fronts or low pressure troughs
through Tue. A high pressure ridge will pass quickly E across the
area late Tue and Tue night. Another series of cold fronts or low
pressure troughs will cross the N and central portions Wed
through Fri night. High pressure will build over the S waters Tue
into Tue night, then shift E Wed. After a passing cold front or
low pressure trough Wed night, high pressure will rebuild across
the S and central portions Thu through Fri night.
