West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure will form along the
cold front over the outer central waters tonight, then lift NE
along the front, with the low moving E of the area late tonight.
A secondary cold front will move SE through the S waters tonight.
A series of weak secondary troughs will move E across the N and
central waters tonight and Fri. High pressure will move NE across
the waters Fri night through Sat night. A warm front will develop
along the SE coast Sat night, then lift N through the central and
N waters Sun. A cold front will move SE across the N and central
waters Sun night through Mon, then stall over the S waters Mon
night as high pressure passes by to the N of the waters. Low
pressure will develop along the stationary front inland over the
SE United States Mon night, then strengthen quickly while lifting
NE from near the Outer Banks to near Georges Bank Tue and Tue
night. A cold front extending S from the low will move quickly SE
across the waters Tue night.
