beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front will remain
stalled just S of the waters tonight. High pressure will persist
over the remainder of the area tonight through Wed night, then
shift E of the waters Thu and Thu night. Low pressure will
develop along the Florida or Georgia coast Wed, then track slowly
N along the coast or just inland Wed night through Fri. The low
will turn NE and move offshore from the Outer Banks or Virginia
Capes Fri night, then move NE across the waters Sat and Sat
night. A cold front will reach the coast Sat night, move offshore
Sun, then stall across the area Sun night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is
out of service. Technicians are aware, awaiting parts. We
