beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front extending SW from
the Outer Mid-Atlantic Waters to Cape Fear will move SE across
the area tonight, clearing the northern and central waters but
stalling across the southern waters tonight into Wed. Weak high
pressure will build E into the northern waters tonight behind the
front. The high will shift E Wed night, allowing the stationary
front across the southern waters to lift N as a warm front Wed
night and Thu. Developing low pressure will track NE near the New
England coast late Thu into Fri while pulling a strong cold front
across the waters. The front will pass E of the waters later Fri
and Fri night. High pressure will gradually build E across the
central and southern waters Fri night through Sun night while a
series of quick-moving weak troughs move E across the northern
waters.
