West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure E of the region
will maintain a ridge axis over the area today and tonight. A
stationary front extending E and SE from Cape Hatteras this
morning will gradually dissipate today and tonight as weak low
pressure moves E along the front. A cold front will move S over
the area late Fri night and Sat, then stall across the central
waters Sat night and Sun while weakening. A weak high pressure
ridge will build over the region Sat night and Sun, then shift E
of the area Sun night. Another weak cold front will move SE
across the N waters Mon into Mon night, with a weak area of low
pressure possibly developing along the front. The front and low
will then weaken Mon night into Tue while passing E of the area.
Another high will build SE over the area Tue and Tue night.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
