West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure E of the area will
maintain a ridge across the S waters today. A cold front will
move S and E into the NW waters late this evening, continue
moving E across the northern and central waters later tonight,
and will reach the southern waters Sun morning. The front will
clear E of the N and central waters Sun, and the S waters Sun
night, except over far SW portions near the Georgia coast where
the front may linger into Mon. High pressure will build E across
the waters Sun night through Mon night, then move just E of the
region Tue and Tue night while maintaining a ridge over the
central and S waters into Wed night. A cold front will move SE
across the northern waters Wed, then become stationary over the
central waters Wed night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
