West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A warm front will slowly lift N
over the N waters today into tonight while gradually weakening,
as a weak low pressure trough over the outer waters moves E.
Mariners should use caution for locally gusty winds and rough
seas in and near scattered to numerous locally heavy tstms that
will be likely over portions of the waters today into tonight.
Otherwise, weak low pressure will move E across the N waters
tonight into Fri while slowly pulling a weak cold front over the
area. The weak low and front will pass E of the area Fri night.
Another warm front will lift N across the waters Fri night into
Sat night, before a cold front crosses the area Sat night and
Sun. A series of secondary cold fronts or low pressure troughs
will move SE over the region Sun night into Mon night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
