Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Strong low pressure over the
southern Gulf of Saint Lawrence will track E today. A stationary
front will sit across the central waters today. A high pressure
ridge S of the waters will gradually build N into the southern
waters today and tonight. The ridge will shift E Tue and Tue
night, as another cold front crosses the area and stalls across
the S waters. Another high pressure ridge will build into the
region Wed and Wed night as the stalled front lifts N as a warm
front. Developing low pressure will approach the coast from the W
Thu. The low will track NE near the New England coast Thu night
into Fri while pulling a strong cold front across the waters. The
front will clear E of the waters later Fri and Fri night as high
pressure builds over the SE and Mid-Atlantic states.
