West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak stationary front will
persist over the far southern waters today into Sunday while
broad troughing persists across the northern and central waters.
The front will lift N as a warm front late Sun, becoming nearly
stationary again off of the Carolina coast Sun night into Mon as
weak low pressure moves E along the front. With high pressure
building over much of the N waters, a cold front will move
through the S waters Mon night and Tue as high pressure builds S.
The front will become stationary just S of the area early Tue
night. The high retreats to the NE late Tue night into Wed night
with the front slowly moving back N as a warm front.
