West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Weakening high pressure will
drift W while passing to the S of the waters today and tonight.
Low pressure just E of the central and S waters will gradually
dissipate today and tonight while remaining E of the area. A cold
front will move S over the N waters today, then stall across the
central waters tonight and Sun while weakening. A weak high
pressure ridge will build over the region Sat night and Sun, then
shift E of the area Sun night. Another weak cold front will move
SE over the N waters Sun night into Mon as low pressure passes N
of the area. The front will then weaken Mon night into Tue while
the low crosses the far NE waters. Another high will build SE
over the area Tue and Tue night, then drift S over the region Wed
and Wed night as another weak cold front moves S over the N
portion.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
