New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build over
the waters today, then shift NE of the region tonight into Fri.
Low pressure will pass just S and SE of the area today into
tonight, then track NE to the E of the waters Fri into Fri night.
An area of low pressure and associated warm front will move
offshore into the southern waters late Fri. Meanwhile, a cold
front will move SE across the waters Fri night into Sat. The low
will be absorbed by the cold front Sat and move quickly NE away
from the area Sat night. A high pressure ridge will pass by to
the S of the waters Sat night through Sun night. Another cold
front will move SE across the waters Mon, followed by high
pressure building E across the waters Mon night.
