offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front across the
waters this morning will lift N as a warm front today. A cold
front will approach the coast later today, move across the waters
tonight into Wed, then stall S of the waters Wed night through
Fri night. High pressure will build N of the area behind the
front late Wed into Wed night, then shift NE Thu while
maintaining a ridge over the waters Thu into Fri. The ridge will
dissipate late Fri into Fri night. The front will lift back N
across the waters as a warm front Sat and Sat night.
