offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A rapidly intensifying low
will move NE across Georges Bank tonight and exit early Wed. High
pressure quickly moves across the waters late Wed into Wed night.
Another cold front will move SE across the area Thu before
exiting to the E and SE Thu evening. High pressure will build E
over the waters Fri into Fri night, then move E Sat as low
pressure passes S of the region Fri night into Sat. Yet another
high pressure area will build in from the W Sat night through Sun
night. Mariners should monitor the latest forecasts for the
intensifying low pressure system set to impact the region tonight
into Wed, and vessels planning to be in the area should execute
avoidance plans.
