New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front across the
waters will weaken and dissipate tonight. High pressure across
the N waters will shift SE of the area tonight through Wed. A
broad low pressure will develop SW of the area tonight into Wed
over the Mid- Atlantic states, with an associated warm front
lifting N and approaching the southern portions Wed night. Both
the low and warm front will lift NE across the waters Thu into
Thu night while weakening. A weak cold front will approach from
the N Fri, then move S and stall over the waters Fri night into
Sat. Low pressure will move offshore along the front later Sat
and Sat night. The low and associated front will sweep across the
waters Sun and Sun night.
