New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build E
into the region today as low pressure E of the waters moves E and
NE away from the area. The high will persist over the waters
tonight into Mon while slowly weakening. A weak cold front will
approach from the N by Mon night, then dissipate over the
northern waters Tue as a stronger high builds SE over northern
New England. The high will then dominate most of the area Tue
night through Wed night. Low pressure areas developing along a
stalled front S of the waters will drift NE toward the far SE
portion of the area Tue into Wed night.
