New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure centered just S
of the waters near 39N71W will move NE across the area tonight
into Fri while intensifying. The low will move NE of the area Fri
night, stall over eastern New Brunswick Sat and Sat night, then
move well E into the N Atlantic Sun and Sun night. A series of
low pressure troughs will move across the waters Fri night
through Sun night. High pressure will build E across the area Mon
and Mon night, then persist Tue and Tue night.
