Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will shift E of the region today as a low pressure trough passes E across the waters. Weak low pressure will move E across the Gulf of Maine tonight and Fri. A weak cold front will approach the waters from the N Fri, then stall along the coast late Fri into Fri night as a low pressure system approaches from the S. The low will move NE across the waters late Sat into Sat night. High pressure will build over the region Sun, then shift E of the area Sun night. A warm front will lift N over the area Mon and Mon night.
