Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build E over the region tonight through Wed night. The high will shift E of the area Thu as a warm front approaches the area from the SW. The warm front will lift NE over the area Thu night. Low pressure tracking E and NE across eastern Canada will pull a strong cold front across the waters late Thu night and Fri. High pressure will build E to the coast later Fri, settle offshore Sat, then shift E Sat night. Another low pressure will move to the New England coast late Sat night, intensify E across the waters Sun, then clear well NE of the area into the N Atlantic Sun night as high pressure builds to the coast.
