New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build E
over the region tonight through Wed night. The high will shift E
of the area Thu as a warm front approaches the area from the SW.
The warm front will lift NE over the area Thu night. Low pressure
tracking E and NE across eastern Canada will pull a strong cold
front across the waters late Thu night and Fri. High pressure
will build E to the coast later Fri, settle offshore Sat, then
shift E Sat night. Another low pressure will move to the New
England coast late Sat night, intensify E across the waters Sun,
then clear well NE of the area into the N Atlantic Sun night as
high pressure builds to the coast.
