England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Deepening low pressure just E
of the area this evening will move well NE of the waters tonight.
A series of low pressure troughs will move SE across the area
tonight into Tue night. High pressure will gradually build E over
the waters Wed into Thu, then shift NE of the region Thu night.
Low pressure will track E to the S of the area Wed into Thu
night, then weaken E of the waters Fri and Fri night as a cold
front crosses the area
