New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
outer waters this evening will pass E of the region later
tonight. A warm front will lift NE across the waters later
tonight into Sat. A cold front will move SE over the waters Sat
night, then pass SE of the area Sun. High pressure will build SE
over the waters Sun night and Mon, then pass SE of the region Mon
night. Low pressure will move E over the Gulf of Maine Tue while
pulling a cold front across the waters. A series of low pressure
troughs will cross the area Tue night into Wed night.
