.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will pass E of
the area this morning. Deepening low pressure and a cold front
will move E over the waters today. A series of low pressure
troughs will move SE across the area tonight into Tue night. High
pressure will gradually build E over the waters Wed into Thu
night.
