New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure along the mid-
Atlantic coast will pass S and SE of the area tonight into Sun.
A weak cold front will move E across the waters Sun, and then
will stall well S of the area Sun night. A high pressure ridge
will rapidly move E over the waters Sun night into Mon. A warm
front will lift NE across the waters Mon night, then dissipate
early Tue. A weak low pressure system will pass SE of the waters
Tue night. A cold front will move E across the waters Wed. High
pressure will build to the S and SE of the waters Wed night and
Thu as developing low pressure and a cold front approach the New
England coast. The low will track NE near the coast late Thu and
Thu night while pulling the cold front E across the waters.
