offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build S
across the N waters today into Fri, then shift E Fri night. Also
a stationary front extending E near or just S of the southern
waters will persist through Fri, with the front then slowly
lifting back to the N across the area as a warm front Fri night
into Sat night. Low pressure will move across the region Sat
night into Sun and will be located E of the area by Sun night. A
weak high will move into the region Mon, and pass E of the area
Mon night as a cold front approaches from the W.
