Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...An intensifying low pressure area will continue to move well E into the N Atlantic today and tonight. A series of low pressure troughs or secondary cold fronts will cross the waters today into Sat. High pressure will build E to the mid-Atlantic coast Sat, and will pass S and SE of the area Sat night and Sun. A weak cold front will move E across the waters Sun into Sun night, then stall SE of the waters Mon into Mon night. High pressure will pass across the area Sun night. A weak low pressure system will lift NE along the front Mon into Mon night but remain SE of the waters.
