offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...An intensifying low pressure
area will continue to move well E into the N Atlantic today and
tonight. A series of low pressure troughs or secondary cold
fronts will cross the waters today into Sat. High pressure will
build E to the mid-Atlantic coast Sat, and will pass S and SE of
the area Sat night and Sun. A weak cold front will move E across
the waters Sun into Sun night, then stall SE of the waters Mon
into Mon night. High pressure will pass across the area Sun
night. A weak low pressure system will lift NE along the front
Mon into Mon night but remain SE of the waters. Weak high
pressure will briefly move across the waters Tue before another
cold front approaches late Tue, then moves offshore Tue night.
