New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build in
across the waters tonight through Wed, except for a trough which
will be along or near the coast through Tue night. The area of
high pressure will shift E and SE of the area Wed night and Thu.
By late Thu night into early Fri a trough will move E to the
coast and across the waters Fri and Fri night. A cold front will
move slowly SE over the waters Sat and Sat night.

.TONIGHT...N to NW winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming 10 to 15 kt. Seas
3 to 4 ft.
.TUE...N to NW winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming W to SW. Seas 3 to

or less.
