New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
outer waters this evening will shift E of the region tonight. A
low pressure trough will move E over the waters tonight, then
pass E of the area Thu. Weak low pressure will move E across the
Gulf of Maine Thu night and Fri. A weak cold front will approach
the waters from the N Fri, then stall along the coast late Fri
into Fri night as a low pressure system approaches from the S.
The low will move NE across the waters late Sat into Sat night.
High pressure will build over the region Sun, then shift E of the
area Sun night. A warm front will lift N over the area Mon and
Mon night.
