New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front over Georges Bank
will move SE of the waters tonight. High pressure will build over
the region from the W tonight into Wed night. Strong N to NE flow
across the waters Wed and Wed night will gradually weaken Thu
into Fri as low pressure continues E of the area. A high pressure
ridge will move E to the coast on Thu, then stall Thu night
through Fri night while gradually dissipating. Yet another cold
front will move S across the waters Sat, and then pass S of the
area Sat Night. Another high will build over the region from the
W Sun and Sun night.
