New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will persist
over the area today into Mon while slowly weakening. A weak cold
front will approach from the N by Mon night, then dissipate over
the northern waters Tue as a stronger high builds SE over
northern New England. The high will then dominate most of the
area Tue night through Thu night. Developing low pressure will
pass SE of the waters Mon night into Tue, then pass E of the area
Tue night through Thu night. The National Hurricane Center is
monitoring the low for signs of sub-tropical or tropical cyclone
development and mariners planning voyages to the S or E of the
waters should closely monitor the latest forecast and information
from the National Hurricane Center.
