Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front will move E across the waters today and will stall well S of the area tonight. A high pressure ridge will rapidly move E over the waters tonight into Mon. A warm front will lift NE across the waters Mon night, then dissipate early Tue. A weak low pressure system will pass SE of the waters Tue night followed by a cold front moving E across the waters Wed. High pressure will build to the S and SE of the waters Wed night and Thu as developing low pressure and a cold front approach the New England coast.
