New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong high pressure SE of the
waters tonight, will move E Tue and Tue night as a strong cold
front approaches from the W and NW. The front will move quickly
SE across the area Wed, and clear S and E of the waters Wed night
into early Thu. Another strong high will build E and SE toward
the area Wed night into early Thu, then move SE over the waters
later Thu into Fri, before passing E of the area Fri night. Low
pressure will develop S of the region Sat and move N towards the
area Sat night.
