New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will move E
from northern New England tonight as a low pressure trough
passes SE over the waters. A high pressure ridge will cross the
region Sat before passing E and NE of the waters Sat night into
early Sun as a warm front lifts N over the area and weak low
pressure forms near the coast along the front. A cold front will
move E and SE over the waters Sun and then pass S of the area
Sun night. A series of low pressure centers will pass near or
just S and then SE of the area Mon into Tue. A stronger low will
move NE near the coast Tue into Tue night while pulling a cold
front through the area. High pressure will build E over the
southern waters Wed into Wed night
