offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
quickly pass E across the area, then a cold front will develop
and move offshore today, clearing E of the area tonight. Another
series of low pressure troughs or weak cold fronts will move
across the waters Thu and Thu night. A cold front will approach
the coast Fri, then push SE across the region Fri night. High
pressure will build SE toward the waters Sat and Sat night. A
warm front will lift NE into the waters Sun quickly followed by a
strong low moving offshore and another cold front Sun night.
