New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will shift E
tonight. A weak cold front will approach the coast tonight, then
move slowly across the waters Sat and Sat night. Another high
pressure will build offshore Sun, then shift E Sun night. Long
period swell from Hurricane Kirk, well SE of the waters, will
move into the area Sun and persist into early next week. Low
pressure will move offshore near Long Island Mon, then track NE
across the area Mon night into Tue while pulling a cold front
across the waters. A low pressure trough or secondary cold front
will move across the area Tue night into Wed. A weak high
pressure ridge will build S of the region later Wed into Wed
night.

.SAT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming N 5 to 15 kt. Seas
