England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will be across
the waters today through Wed, while a trough which will be along
or near the coast through the afternoon. The area of high
pressure will shift E and SE of the area by Wed night and Thu. By
late Thu through early Fri a trough will move E to the coast and
then move E across the waters Fri and Fri night. A cold front
will move slowly SE over the waters Fri night through Sat night.
