Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure along a slow- moving cold front S of the waters will move E and NE away from the area tonight into Sat. High pressure will build E over the area Sat into Sun, with the high slowly weakening Sun into Mon. A cold front will approach from the N by Mon night, then dissipate by Tue as a stronger high builds SE over northern New England.
