New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will move NE
across the waters tonight. High pressure will build S over the
region late tonight into Sun, then shift E of the area later Sun
and Sun night as weak low pressure passes S and then SE of the
waters. A warm front will lift N towards the area Sun night as
another low develops just S the waters. The warm front and low
will lift N and NE over the area Mon into Tue. Another low will
track NE while remaining inland over New England Tue as its
associated warm front lifts N over the area and its trailing cold
front approaches from the W. The low and warm front will pass N
of the area Tue night, followed by a cold front moving E across
the area Wed. Another cold front will move to the coast Wed
night, then move SE across the waters Thu and Thu night.
