Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure over Nova Scotia will slowly track NE tonight before stalling by early Sun. The low will then gradually weaken while drifting E Sun and Sun night. A weak high pressure ridge will form over the waters Mon and shift E Mon night into Tue as a warm front moves E across the waters while a cold front approaches from the W. The cold front will move E across the area late Tue and Tue night. A series of low pressures troughs will move E through the region Wed and Wed night as high pressure approaches from the SW. The high will shift SE of the area as another warm front lifts N across the waters on Thu. Another low pressure will approach the S portions by later Thu night.
