New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
over the area will move E of the waters today ahead of a cold
front moving SE over the waters late today and tonight. Strong
high pressure will build in across New England behind the front
Sat into Sat night, move offshore Sun, and then shift SE of the
area Sun night as a warm front approaches from the SW. The warm
front will lift N of the waters early Mon, with a cold front
quickly moving E and SE over the area later on Mon. The front
will pass S and E of the area Mon night into Tue night as low
pressure strengthens across New Brunswick.
