offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong high pressure over the
waters this evening will move just S and SW of the area tonight
through Mon, then shift E of the region Mon night through Tue
night. Ongoing E to NE swell from remnants of Imelda and Humberto
will diminish across the waters tonight. A cold front will move
SE across the waters Wed and Wed night.
