New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS... A high pressure ridge will
weaken and gradually shift E of the waters today into tonight. A
warm front will slowly lift NE across the waters today and
tonight while weakening. Another warm front will extend E over
the area Fri, then drift N across the waters Fri night. Yet
another warm front will lift N and NE over the area Sat into Sat
night. An associated low pressure area will move offshore Sat
night into Sun while pulling a cold front across the region. The
front will pass E of the area Sun night into Mon night as a
series of secondary cold fronts or low pressure troughs move SE
over the waters.
