New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
will move E over the waters tonight, then shift E of the region
Tue. A warm front will lift NE across the waters Tue as a cold
front moves E across the area late Tue into Tue night. A series
of low pressure troughs will move E through the region Wed and
Wed night as high pressure passes just S of the area. The high
will shift E and SE of the region Thu into Thu night as
developing low pressure and an associated warm front lift N
across the waters. The low will pull a strong cold front across
the area late Thu and Thu night. A series of secondary cold
fronts or low pressure troughs will move SE over the region Fri
into Sat night.
