Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pressure trough along the coast this morning will move offshore and dissipate later today. A cold front will move SE across the area tonight into Wed, then stall near or just S of the region Wed night into Fri. High pressure will build S across the N portions Thu into Fri, then shift E Fri night. The stationary front will slowly lift back to the N across the area as a warm front Fri night into Sat night.
