Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge will move E over the waters tonight, then shift E of the region Tue. A warm front will lift NE across the waters Tue as a cold front moves E across the area late Tue into Tue night. A series of low pressure troughs will move E through the region Wed and Wed night as high pressure passes just S of the area. The high will shift E and SE of the region Thu into Thu night as developing low pressure and an associated warm front lift N across the waters. The low will pull a strong cold front across the area late Thu and Thu night. A series of secondary cold fronts or low pressure troughs will move SE over the region Fri into Sat night.
