New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak stationary front will
persist near the coast this morning as a low pressure system
approaches from the S. The low will move NE across the waters
later today into tonight. High pressure will build over the
region tonight into Sun, then shift E of the area later Sun and
Sun night as weak low pressure passes S and then SE of the
waters. A warm front will lift N towards the area Sun night as
another low develops just S the waters. The warm front and low
will lift N and NE over the area Mon into Tue. Another low will
track NE while remaining inland over New England Tue as its
associated warm front lifts N over the area and its trailing cold
front approaches from the W. The low and warm front will pass N
of the area Tue night as the cold front moves E over the waters.
The front will stall S of the waters Wed into Wed night, before
another cold front approaches from the W and NW Wed night.
