New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong high pressure will
build in across New England tonight before moving offshore Sun.
The high will then shift SE of the area Sun night as a warm front
approaches from the SW. The warm front will lift N of the waters
early Mon, with a cold front quickly moving E and SE over the
area later on Mon. Yet another cold front will pass S and E of
the area Tue into Tue night as broad low pressure moves across
the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. Another high will build over the
region from the W late Wed and Wed night. Strong N to NW flow
will persist across the waters on Thu into Thu night as the high
drifts S and low pressure lifts E of the area.
