New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...An area of low pressure will
track NE along a stationary front tonight. The low will move E of
the waters early Tue as a trough moves near the coast. The trough
will cross the region Tue night into Wed while the associated low
center remains N of the region. High pressure will build into the
waters Wed into Wed night, then shift E of the area Thu into Fri.
A warm front will lift N into the region Fri night into Sat. A
low will approach the waters from the S Sat night.
