New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front will lift NE over
the waters early today, before a strong cold front follows and
moves across the area today. A secondary cold front will move
across the region late today into tonight. Another ridge will
briefly build SE over the waters late tonight into Sun, then
shift E of the region Sun night. Another warm front will lift N
over the area Sun night. Strong low pressure will track NE over
New England Sun night through Mon night while pulling a cold
front across the area. A series of secondary cold fronts will
move across the waters Mon through Tue night. Another high
pressure ridge passes quickly E across the area Tue night into
early Wed, with another series of cold fronts moving across the
waters Wed and Wed night.
