New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure over New
Brunswick will slowly move E through the weekend as a secondary
weaker low moves E over the Gulf of Maine today. A low pressure
trough extending S from the secondary low will linger and drift E
over the waters into Sun night. High pressure then builds over
the area during Mon and continues through Tue, except for a
surface trough along and near the New England coast. A series of
troughs will move SE over the waters Tue night through Wed night
as the high drifts off to the SE of the area.
