Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front over the Gulf of Maine will persist tonight, drift S Thu, and then stall just S of the waters Thu night. Low pressure will develop along the stalled boundary late Thu night into early Fri, just off the Mid-Atlantic coast, then track E and NE along the front late Fri and Fri night. The low will move E of the region Sat. High pressure will build SE over the waters later Sat and Sat night, then settle offshore Sun and Sun night as a weak low pressure trough develops near the coast of Maine.
