offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build SE
across the region tonight, then shift E of the area Sun. Weak low
pressure will move E and NE across the waters Sun night and Mon
while pulling a weak cold front over the area. Weak high pressure
will build into the region Mon night, then shift E of the area
Tue. Another cold front will approach the coast from the NW Tue
night, then move slowly SE across the waters Wed into Wed night.
The front will move S of the area Thu and Thu night as a high
pressure ridge builds SE over the region.
