Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front across the waters will lift N of the area as a warm front tonight. Low pressure will track NE across New England while pulling a cold front across the waters tonight through Thu. A trough will remain in place behind the front Thu night into Fri. Low pressure will move off the New Jersey coast Fri and move NE across the waters into Sat night while pushing another cold front across the area. The low will move NE of the area Sat night and high pressure will build across the waters and persist through Sun night. Gulf of Maine to the Hague Line .TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 20 kt.
