New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure centered E and SE
of the waters will continue drifting to the NE tonight, remain
nearly stationary well E of the area Mon into Tue, and then
finally lift N and weaken across Nova Scotia by Wed. A weak low
pressure trough will form along the coast Mon, continue into Tue,
then dissipate Tue night. A cold front will slowly approach the
area from the NW Wed and Wed night, then pass across the waters
Thu and Thu night. High pressure will build S across the region
behind the front Fri and Fri night.
