Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure centered E and SE of the waters will continue drifting to the NE tonight, remain nearly stationary well E of the area Mon into Tue, and then finally lift N and weaken across Nova Scotia by Wed. A weak low pressure trough will form along the coast Mon, continue into Tue, then dissipate Tue night. A cold front will slowly approach the area from the NW Wed and Wed night, then pass across the waters Thu and Thu night.
