.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will move into
the area today into Sun night, as another trough develops over
the waters. The trough should linger over the area through Mon
with a cold front approaching from the N Mon night. A low
pressure system approaching from the W will move across the area
Tue night into Wed night.
